Local Delivery with Proven Performance
Citycare Property's teams work the same sites daily – logging conditions, spotting issues early and reducing reactive callouts. Local presence means less travel, faster response and site knowledge that stays with the team. The result: better planning, lower risk and more predictable asset performance.
Trusted Public Sector Partner
Citycare Property brings established systems, clear reporting and a track record of long-term public sector contracts. Work histories, planned activity and asset records are documented and visible – giving customers the transparency needed to manage priorities, standards and risk with confidence.
National Capability
Citycare Property operates across Aotearoa, sharing systems, standards and operational learning between regions to drive consistency and efficiency. National scale means resources can flex where needed without losing local familiarity – reducing mobilisation inefficiencies and providing resilience when demand spikes or emergencies arrive.
Value Through Quality
Citycare Property's preventative approach reduces reactive callouts, extends asset life and keeps maintenance costs predictable. Regular site data drives smarting scheduling, while stable teams and consistent programmes cut rework and minimise disruption.
Community, Māori & Sustainability Outcomes
Citycare Property embeds community, Māori and sustainability outcomes into everyday operations – not as policy statements, but as measurable practice. Local partnerships, diverse supplier relationships and consistent community engagement are tracked and maintained as part of how works get done.
Community and Māori outcomes embedded in delivery
Hāpai Te Hapori Programme
The Hāpai Te Hapori programme by Citycare Property turns local sports clubs into contracted service providers. Manurewa Marlins are the latest to join – trained, supported, and now maintaining their own facilities.
The result: employment created close to home, services delivered by people who know their community, and clubs that are more financially sustainable because of it.

Partnering with Ngāti Ōtara
Our partnership with Ngāti Ōtara Marae brings our kaimahi, suppliers, and subcontractors into-marae-based experiences – building genuine understanding of tikanga Māori, not just awareness of it.
The result is a workforce that works alongside South Auckland communities with confidence, respect, and real cultural grounding.

Supporting Youth Into Employment
Citycare Property is committed to creating real pathways into employment for young people, helping them build confidence, skills, and long-term careers.
Through our support of the Limited Service Volunteer (LSV) programme, we provide mentoring, training, and employment opportunities – supporting participants as they transition into the workforce.

Driving Sustainable Outcomes for Communities
Citycare Property is embedding sustainable practices across its Auckland Capital Works programme, diverting 92% of project waste from landfill through reuse, recycling, and circular delivery methods.
Working alongside partners and suppliers, we recover and repurpose materials on-site – reducing environmental impact in direct support of Auckland Council's Zero Waste goals and our commitment to kaitiakitanga.

What we've delivered for Auckland
Delivering Māori Outcomes Through Community Spaces
Te Puna Raranga at the Auckland Botanic Gardens is a purpose-built whare pora for weaving, learning, and cultural connection – designed alongside mana whenua and weaving practitioners, built by our team.
The result is a culturally significant space that will serve Auckland communities for generations. Technical delivery in service of something that matters.

Smarter Pool Maintenance, Better Community Outcomes
Citycare Property delivers planned maintenance across Auckland's public pools, working closely with Auckland Council to minimise downtime and keep facilities open for the community.
By bringing specialist work in-house, including scuba-based underwater maintenance, we've reduced costs and eliminated the need to drains pools – saving water, time, and thousands per site.
Preserving Heritage, Enhancing Community Spaces
Nathan Homestead is a South Auckland community hub where heritage and everyday life coexist – events, workshops, open space, and families. Keeping it that way takes integrated delivery across open space, building, and cleaning services under one coordinated team.
Following a major redevelopment, we restored the grounds and support the reopening. It's been consistently maintained to a high standard ever since.
