Citycare Property takes over Facilities Maintenance for NZ Police
Citycare Property is pleased to announce that effective 1st February 2024, it has taken responsibility for the facilities maintenance for the NZ Police / Ngā Pirihimana o Aotearoa network across Aotearoa / New Zealand.
The NZ Police network includes over 600 sites across police stations, police houses and buildings that provide training and support functions that stretch the length and breadth of the country.
Citycare Property will provide support for many aspects of building maintenance including HVAC servicing, grounds maintenance, CCTV and security, pest control, and trades such as plumbing and electrical as well as general building maintenance and upkeep and project work.
Citycare Property will support the NZ Police assets with the assistance of a network of 3,000 subcontractors to ensure coverage of all NZ Police locations throughout New Zealand. Over the past few months Citycare Property has engaged with subcontractors all over the country to ensure a seamless transition for NZ Police and minimal disruption for NZ police staff.
Citycare Property is proud to be in partnership with NZ Police and to have been selected as the facilities maintenance provider of such an important and extensive network of assets.
