Citycare Property Awarded New Zealand Health Group Facilities Maintenance Contract

Citycare Property is proud to announce that it has been awarded the national facilities Repairs and Maintenance contract for New Zealand Health Group (NZHG), the country’s largest provider of home and community support, disability, rehabilitation, mental health, and behavioural support services.

Through its extensive network, NZHG supports thousands of people and whānau across Aotearoa. Citycare Property will be delivering facilities management, grounds maintenance, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) services across 209 NZHG residential properties nationwide.

In this multi-year partnership, Citycare Property will implement a whole of estate asset management approach, capturing data from every service request and asset interaction. This will enable the team to identify recurring issues, measure asset reliability, optimise planned maintenance programmes, and extend asset life.
