Citycare Property Awarded Facilities Maintenance Contracts for NZDF Camps and Bases
Citycare Property has been awarded the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) Facilities Maintenance Services Contracts for five NZDF camps and bases.
Acting Chief Executive of Citycare Property Lee Gardiner says, “We are proud to support NZDF in maintaining the facilities that underpin their operational readiness and enhance the wellbeing of Defence Force personnel.”
From 1 July, Citycare Property will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and managing compliance requirements for the Defence estate at Burnham and Trentham Military Camps, with RNZAF Base Auckland, Linton Military Camp, and RNZAF Base Woodbourne following later in 2026.
Citycare Property is 100% New Zealand owned and has been delivering facilities management, open space maintenance, and managing capital work projects to local and central government organisations across Aotearoa since 1999.
Lee says the company’s roots are firmly in Aotearoa.
