Celebrating Success at the 2025 Ngā Tohu FMANZ Awards

Last night was a big one for Citycare Property. We attended the FMANZ - Facilities Management Association of New Zealand Awards evening in Tāmaki Makaurau to celebrate the best of the best and came out a winner.

Angela Yannakis, our incredible Delivery Manager for Christchurch International Airport Limited was awarded the Brian Happy Award for Facilities Manager of the Year. The judges were impressed with Angela's "depth of expertise, strong technical handling, and the transformative impact she's had on her organisation and the wider FM community," setting her apart as a "true ambassador for our profession."

Our amazing Regional Facilities Manager for NZ Police, Bronia Coulson received a special judges commendation. Judge Pamela Bell, said Bronia has "shown an exceptional commitment to safety, comfort and compliance...her proactive response to challenges across aging infrastructure, disaster recovery and budget constraints has set a new benchmark for resilience and agility."
